Painter Mani Narayan expresses himself with a vibrant joie de vivre through his art.  Continually influenced by the ever changing world around him, and his rich cultural heritage from India, Mani creates bold images that cannot be ignored. He has a contemporary style with minimalist overtones. Horses are a common subject which he turns into iconic entities, having been influenced by M.F.Hussain, an important Indian artist. The abstracted form always takes center stage in Mani's work when he utilizes a minimalistic approach, allowing details to give way to the beauty of the form itself. Mani has studied under the great American painter Warner Williams. He has traveled the world extensively and brings all his visual diversity into his work.
